Rule Changes!

In light of recent events on the server, I've decided to add a couple of rules that I urge you to read in-game using the command /rules.

Also, I advise you read Bane's building document CAREFULLY, it was made official... 5 minutes ago.
This brings me to my last point, which is more of a request for Imagine:
Can you make 2 new tabs up top?
-Rules
-The Document of MineLife Building Rights (call it DMBR)

    if the rules and document are short, we don't need a whole page. We can just add them to the bottom of the screen

      Maybe 1 page for both. Because the document is of medium size, but even though there are not many rules now, there could be more eventually.
