To Settle a Disagreement..

As most of you know, there was a rather large fight on the server earlier today. The problem stemmed from land issues and escalated into something worse.  Phil, a member of the server, wanted to build a town on Mountville. Royal allowed this. But it wasn't made aware to the rest of us. Micheal120 and Tyro both built houses on "Phil's land" ( Which as I stated wasn't official land or as some would put it- He didnt have his name on it.) Tyro then refused to move his house. And thats when the major fight started. The Council reached a Democratic decision on the fight. As well as made a new Rule/MineLife legal document that everyone is to follow. Including Phil. Btw before I continue the council votes were as follows-

3 were pro DMBR (Document of MineLife Building Rights)
2 were Against DMBR

Tyro
BaneVonIon (Myself)

Con-
VicoTaco
Sacha (Although he didnt officially vote on this matter, I assume this is where his vote would lie)

The Document of MineLife Building Rights

All towns/cities have a 100 block No-Build Zone. This includes the Following-

Solitude
INVille
Mountville
And
Tropia (A new city by SmartFlyingWarrior)
As well as All Future Town/Cities

Nothing is to be built within this 100 block Radius without the owers permission.

This document is not applied to ALL builds that were made before ths document came into being.

All Towns/Cities are to be Built FAR AWAY from each  other. (Including the new city by Phil. ( And Idk why this would be a problem, it takes 2 seconds to move it))

And that does it for the DMBR. Please everyone, just follow this document so we can put this whole event behind us.

What was decided in the end of the disagreement-

1. Tyro keeps his house where it is. (Although out of anger during the fight, he destroyed it.)

2. If Phil is to build another town/city it is to be FAR AWAY FROM ALL other towns/cities.

I'm sorry if this is an Inconvenience for some but the majority of The Council of MineLife believes this is the correct course of action.
