How's this sound?

A few people have been asking for this and I think it's a pretty good idea, so I thought I'd share it here!

What would you think if we got a Lottery plugin for the server?

I've already looked around and there's a good one that exists, updated for 1.3.1 and that allows money or items to be sent into the pot. After a custom-set amount of time, a random winner is picked and that person wins everything in the pot (what people payed to get a Lottery Ticket).
